RENTAL POLICIES
- RENTAL RATES - Rental prices are based on a one
day rental. If you want the rental items for more than one day,
please call for pricing.
- RESERVATIONS - Reservations are accepted in
store only. A deposit is required to secure the rental items.
- DEPOSITS - Deposits can be paid by cash, check,
or credit card. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the
reservation date. Deposits are returned after rental items are
returned and inspected for any damage or cleaning fees.

CANCELLATIONS - Within 14 days of reservation
date are subject to a full charge.
- DELIVERY - Is available for all rental items.
Please call for prices.
- SECURITY OF RENTAL ITEMS - Responsibility of
rental items remains with customer from time of delivery until time
of return.
- DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR LOST RENTAL ITEMS - Items
will be charged at full replacement value. We double check each
order to avoid any mistakes, and we recommend you count your order,
since you are accepting responsibility for the amount of items on
the contract.
- PREPARING ITEMS FOR PICK UP - Tables & chairs
must be folded and stacked as delivered. Staples, tacks, & tape
must be removed from tables, or labor charges will be added to the
contract.
